Snow Crab (Chionoecetes opilio), produced under the Ocean Leader Brand, is distributed worldwide after passing inspection from a wide variety of qualified technicians. It can be served whole, in exclusive Japanese resorts, or perhaps a honeymoon couple in Las Vegas can consume brine frozen sections. Also, under the most stringent hygiene controls, we extract the sweet, red, attractive meat. Everything is done naturally without phosphates.

Our North Atlantic Lobster (Homarus americanus) is trapped in the icy waters off the coast of Canada's Maritime Provinces
and the New England Coast. Canadian Lobster is usually harvested between April and December whereas the USA Lobster is
harvested between July and December, thereby giving our customers the availability of a constant supply. Our customers know
the Canadian hard-shelled Lobster for its superior taste and texture, considered by many to be the best in the world.
